Summer Roofdeck Brunch Series

Join us for our first brunch of the summer on Sunday, May 17th as The Lexington becomes a British chip shop! Chefs Will Gilson and Vlad Maldonado will be serving up their spin on classic chippie fare, with creative cocktails from The LX bar team featuring delicious Silent Pool Gin.

First:

Smoked fish scotch egg
Bluefish, curry mayo, chive oil

Prawn toast
shrimp salad, brioche, sriracha mayo

Main:

Fish finger butty (fried fish sandwich)
Tartar, bibb, croissant bun

Shepherds Pie
Braised lamb, mashed potatoes, HP sauce

Fish and Chips
Haddock, thick cut chips, mushy peas

Clam Strips “Spice bag”
Fried potatoes, roasted peppers and onions, fried clam strips, curry sauce

“How long on those sausages?” (bangers and mash)
Irish style bangers, whipped mash, herb gravy
