Summer Roofdeck Brunch Series

Join us to enjoy our next themed brunch on Sunday, August 16th! The fourth brunch of our series will feature products from Hotaling & Co, specifically the Japanese spirits from Nikka. We will make cocktails featuring Nikka Days whisky, Nikka Coffey Vodka and Nikka Coffey Gin. (Yes, Coffey, not coffee! The Coffey Still dates back to 1830 and is used to distill spirits that retain a creamy mouthfeel and more flavor compounds than a modern column still.) To go with the Japanese-inspired cocktails, Chef Will Gilson and Chef de Cuisine Vlad Maldonado will serve Japanese-inspired dishes in the style of The Lexington.
